Clause 9. – MEAL ALLOWANCE: Delete subclause (1) and insert the following in lieu thereof: (1) An employee who is required to work overtime under Clause 7 of this Award and where such overtime extends beyond 5.00 p.m., a meal allowance shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of the Public Service Overtime Award No. 10 of 1978 Clause 8 as amended.
