Clause 7 – Overtime: Delete paragraph (a) of subclause (5) of this clause and insert the following in lieu thereof: (a) Subject to the provisions of paragraph (b) of this subclause an employee, required to work overtime for more than two hours, shall be supplied with a meal by the employer or be paid $8.65 for a meal and, if owing to the amount of overtime worked, a second or subsequent meal is required the employee shall be supplied with such meal by the employer or paid $5.90 for each meal so required. 2. Clause 8 – Wages: Delete subclause (6) of this clause and insert the following in lieu thereof: (6) Leading Hands: In addition to the wage prescribed in subclause (2) hereof a leading hand shall be paid:- $ (a) If placed in charge of not less than 3 and not more than 10 other employees 28.00 (b) If placed in charge of more than 10 and not more than 20 other employees 43.10 (c) If placed in charge of more than 20 other employees 55.50 2008 WAIRC 01753 PHOTOGRAPHIC INDUSTRY AWARD, 1980
