THAT within seven days of these directions, the appellant is to advise in writing, to the Board and to the respondent, his position in relation to that part of the appeal said to be made under s 80I(1)(a) of the Industrial Relations Act 1979. 2. THAT within seven days of these directions, the respondent is to inform the Board and the appellant whether she consents to the appellant’s application for an extension of time to file an appeal. 3. THAT within 14 days of the respondent receiving the appellant’s written advice pursuant to Direction 1, the respondent is to file a Notice of Answer in relation to the appeal. 4.
