A. Further to the Decision ([2017] FWC 4381) issued by the Fair Work Commission in this matter on 23 August 2017, the Fair Work Commission orders that: Pursuant to s.392(1) and (2) of the Fair Work Act 2009 Playford City Soccer and Community Club Inc T/A Angle Vale Tavern is to pay Mr Shane Fowler $5,072.40 (less any required deduction of taxation), within 14 days of this order.
