[1] Further to the Decision in this matter issued today, [[2017] FWC 3849], and in accordance with s447 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the Order for a protected action ballot issued on 27 June 2017 in (B2017/493 [PR593997]) is varied by deleting paragraph 4 and inserting the following: “4.
