1 Fair Work Act 2009 s.394 - Application for unfair dismissal remedy Brittni Halpin v Sofiia Evelina Kemp T/A Viva Italia (U2017/2660) COMMISSIONER SIMPSON BRISBANE, 22 JUNE 2017 Application for an unfair dismissal remedy. A. Further to the Decision in [2017] FWC 3335, the Fair Work Commission orders that: 1. Sofiia Evelina Kemp T/A Viva Italia pay to Ms Brittni Halpin the amount of $6,846 gross taxed according to law, and 9.5% superannuation contribution into Ms Halpin’s nominated superannuation fund. These amounts are to be paid to Ms Brittni Halpin within 14 days from the date of this Order. 2. This order comes into effect on 22 June 2017.
