PR943559 PR943559 Download Word Document AUSTRALIAN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION Workplace Relations Act 1996 s.99 notification of industrial dispute Aircom Systems Pty Ltd and Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia (C2004/1565) Plumbing Industry DEPUTY PRESIDENT HAMILTON MELBOURNE, 11 FEBRUARY 2004 s.99 Industrial Dispute - Dispute over travel time clause in agreement DECISION At a conference held before me today the following was agreed: [1] The employer will pay to the three employees in question back pay of travel time payable under the certified agreement, but not travel fares, to 1 September 2003. The back pay will be included in the next pay due on Tuesday the 17th of February 2004. [2] The employer will remove the over-award payment of Citilink tolls for private use of the employer provided vehicles at the next pay period due on Tuesday 17th February 2004. [3] The employer will provide the CEPU by Friday the 13th of February 2004 the details of back pay for one individual to 1 March 2003, which they say was paid. There is no dispute that the rate that should have been paid was the amount due under the certified agreement. [4] The CEPU will advise by the following Friday (20th February) whether it accepts that that the entitlement was paid.
