Industrial Dispute - Dispute over travel time clause in agreement
DECISION
At a conference held before me today the following was agreed:
[1]
The employer will pay to the three employees in question back pay of travel time payable under the certified agreement, but not travel fares, to 1 September 2003. The back pay will be included in the next pay due on Tuesday the 17th of February 2004.
[2]
The employer will remove the over-award payment of Citilink tolls for private use of the employer provided vehicles at the next pay period due on Tuesday 17th February 2004.
[3]
The employer will provide the CEPU by Friday the 13th of February 2004 the details of back pay for one individual to 1 March 2003, which they say was paid. There is no dispute that the rate that should have been paid was the amount due under the certified agreement.
[4]
The CEPU will advise by the following Friday (20th February) whether it accepts that that the entitlement was paid.
