1 Fair Work Act 2009 s.604—Appeal of decision Loi Toma v Workforce Variable Pty Ltd T/A Workforce International (C2018/3158) VICE PRESIDENT CATANZARITI SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT HAMBERGER COMMISSIONER SIMPSON SYDNEY, 7 FEBRUARY 2019 Appeal against decision [2018]FWC 2963 of Commissioner Cambridge at Sydney on 24 May 2018 in matter number U2018/2283. [1] The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 27 September 2018 [2018] FWCFB 5811 is corrected by replacing paragraph 20 in its entirety as follows: “[20] For these reasons, we consider that it is in the public interest to grant permission to appeal, and that the appeal should be upheld. We order as follows: (1) Permission to appeal is granted. (2) The appeal is upheld. (3) The Decision ([2018] FWC 2963) is quashed.
