HAVING heard from Mr A Malloch on behalf of the Shire of Mundaring and Mr P Cecchini on behalf of Western Australian Services Union, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –
THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 15 June 2023 entitled Shire of Mundaring Municipal Employees Enterprise Agreement (Agreement) 2023, attached hereto be registered as an industrial agreement in replacement of the Shire of Mundaring Municipal Employees Collective Enterprise Agreement 2017 which by operation of s 41(8) is hereby cancelled.
