A draft determination giving effect to our decision was attached. We allowed parties 14 days from the date of the decision to file any comments in relation to the terms of the draft determination. On 29 March 2022 we received correspondence from the Victorian Hospital’s Industrial Association advising that neither it nor the Health Services Union sought to file any further comments. 1 [2022] FWCFB 34 [2022] FWCFB 80 DECISION f_p_n_1_ [2022] FWCFB 80 2 [2] We confirm that the variations identified in our decision and set out in the draft determination will be made to the Health Award pursuant to s.160 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
