1. THAT the respondents who have not previously filed a response, file a Form 4 – Response, which states whether the relevant respondent supports, does not support, or has no position on each of the proposed amendments to the Local Government Officers’ (Western Australia) Award 2021, by no later than 4 December 2023;
2. THAT this matter be listed for a further directions hearing, on a date to be determined, not before 11 December 2023; and
3. THAT the parties have liberty to apply.
