WHEREAS a ‘slip’ error occurred in the Order ([2024] WAIRC 00380) that was deposited in the office of the Registrar on 28 June 2024; and
NOW THEREFORE the Commission, in order to correct this error, and pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –
THAT the date of ‘28 June 2024’ in the first line of the Order ([2024] WAIRC 00380) be substituted with the date ‘27 June 2024’.
